ACCOMODATIONS

Get special rates – starting at $225 – in the New York Aviation Management Association room block now.  Space in the room block is available to register attendees only. 

Register for the conference and book your room early – the NYAMA special rate will only be available through Friday, August 14, 2026.  After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.

Reservation details:

  • Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees.
  • A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block.
  • Check in: 4:00pm; Check out: 11:00pm
  • Reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card
  • Cancellations within seven (7) days prior to arrival date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax to the credit card provided.

Only New York Aviation Management Association, Capitol Hill Management Services, and The Harbor Hotel are authorized to provide housing information for this conference. If you are contacted by any other company offering discounted rooms or attendee lists, please notify [email protected] 

There are several unauthorized organizations trying to sell discounted hotel rooms or conference attendee lists.  These companies look authentic and may use the organization or conference logo.  They are not affiliated with or endorsed by New York Aviation Management Association, Capitol Hill Management Services or The Harbor Hotel. New York Aviation Management Association will never sell your information to a third party.
