NYAMA Membership Conference Pricing:

  • $675 - Full Conference Registration (One networking event is included in registration fee)
  • $500 - Thursday Day Pass (Includes 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner) 
  • $400 - Friday Day Pass 
  • $125 - Guest pass to ONE social activity on September 16th

Non-Member Conference Pricing:
  • $800 - Full Conference Registration (One networking event is included in registration fee)
  • $600 - Thursday Day Pass - (Includes 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner)
  • $500 - Friday Day Pass
  • $125 - Guest pass to ONE social activity September 16th

Student: $150 - Full Conference Registration - or sponsorship to include student fees.

* Please note: registration for the social outings will close on September 7th. 
Please book by then if you wish to attend.
All Activity fees are included in FULL Conference Registration Fees 
Guests are invited to attend one social activity with an additional fee.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the NYAMA Office according to the following schedule:
  • Cancellations received on or before 8/20/26 will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 8/21/26 - 8/30/26 will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or before 9/2/26 - 9/9/26 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 9/9/26 will receive NO refund.

There will be no refunds issued for no shows or early departures. Participants are otherwise responsible for all charges outlined in the registration form submitted to the NYAMA Office.
